Suite à une panne d'alternateur, ils ont remplacé la pièce défectueuse par une pièce neuve qui n'était pas la bonne (pièce sans régulateur de tension alors que celle d'origine en avait un). Cela a provoqué une importante surtension environ 19v au lieu de 14v en charge. Arrivé chez moi, je leur ai demandé de rembourser une partie des réparations car j'ai du remplacer l'alternateur et remplacer les 2 batteries qui équipent ma voiture. Plus de nouvelles d'eux. Conclusion : 675 euros payés là-bas pour rien et j'ai du repayer à peu près la même chose ici.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. They damaged my car during an already expensive repair, and now refuse to admit it. On the 31th of Oct 2024 my van broke down on the highway on the way home from a vacation trip. It was towed from a reststop about 1 hour or so from Copenhagen. The van was taken to Wroomservice where it was confirmed that the alternator had given up. On the 4th of Nov I came back (from Sweden) to pick it up, and had to pay 10988 dkk for the repair (4839 dkk for an alternator!). It was already dark when I came there so I saw very little of the outside of the van. At the first gas station I stopped at (Copenhagen), I immediately saw deep toolmarks on both sides of the bumper, deep gauges from a screwdriver inserted between the fenders and the bumper plastic. Itś also missing a bunch of fasteners between the wheel-well and the bumper, so they are not even connected now. I texted the shop right then and there to say that this is not ok. Still fighting to get this compensated today because after weeks and weeks of trying to get a real reply from them, they finally claim that they have nothing to do with it EVENTHOUGH they admit that they took the bumper off for the repair! I have video of the car from the 19th of Oct showing ZERO damage, less than 2 weeks before it went to their shop. They refuse to accept responsibility. Ridiculous, pathetic behavior from what is supposed to be a professional shop and after taking 10988 dkk of my money. Even to their insurance they deny everything, so I don´t get a dime back even though I now have to pay to swap the bumper, repaint the new one + both fenders. I have receipts, e-mails, text messages and pics and video of the car, nobody cares. Stay away from this place, if they ruin your car you are screwed. To the people at wroomservice: I spent a lot of time and money to make this a nice van, the vinyl wrap was 4 weeks old. You are even insured for this and it will cost me another hefty sum to fix it. You are pathetic, dishonest and cowardly people.
