Københavns Køreskole

Jeg kan desværre ikke anbefale denne køreskole. Jeg startede et forløb med denne skole, men undervejs da jeg havde spørgsmål tog de aldrig telefonen eller hjalp mig aldrig. Desuden var de meget lidt hjælpsomme da jeg skulle have hjælp til at booke en tid til teoriprøve og have ændret min tid. Jeg er nu tvunget til at starte forfra da skolen ikke oplyste mig om at hvis jeg holdt en pause, skulle jeg starte forfra. Nu vil skolen have fuld betaling for endnu et forløb selvom de aldrig var hjælpsomme eller svarede på mine spørgsmål. Det virker til at de kun går op i penge. Find en anden køreskole......

Min første kørelære i den skole havde sagt til mig,at hun er ligeglad med at jeg får kørekort.after jeg skiftede hende problemet ikke stoppet, jeg havde brugt mange penge .i dag jeg har min kørekort . jeg skiftede i Valby køreskole godt professionelt.godt kørelære

My experience with Københavns Køreskole was horrible. I approached them for a foreign driving license exchange. But they could not offer any dates for the theory test that work for me and suggested that I should book it myself at the citizen service. I did not enroll with them since I was booking the theory test myself and intended to prepare for it by myself. I found a slot through the citizen service and went to the test center only to find out that the driving school cancelled my appointment and gave it to one of their own students. 1. I did not enroll with the school (never signed anything or paid anything), but they registered me as their student anyway. 2. When they saw that I booked a theory test myself, they emailed me about it and I confirmed that I did book one and clarified that I hadn't signed up with the school for the theory part. 3. They cancelled my booking without my consent when they had absolutely no business even seeing my information. 4. They refuse to take responsibility for their mistake and they refuse to connect me to the teacher who cancelled my booking when I call them. My test is now delayed by months because of them. Given the mess that they can make simply by knowing your phone number, I'd recommend to stay away from them.

Unfortnately, I cannot recommend this school for those who wish to transfer their foreign driver's license. Here are the issues that I had: - They are extremely disorganised. e.g. not keeping track of your paperwork, test times, etc. then blame others for their disorganisation. - They promised on their website that a driver's book in English was included in the price, which is was not. Instead they give you poorly written notes. This inclusion was one of the reasons why I initially chose them because I wasn't speaking Danish. - They are condescending/ rude. After they misplaced my paperwork, I got emails about how much extra work it was and was asked to go to a different part of town to deliver the paperwork that they mistakenly had given back to me. - They are unsupportive. I initially failed my driving part because I took the corners too fast. I got an email that said, 'it is really difficult for the instructor to have people fail' - as if it is fun for you. In general, they are lacking the understanding that they are operating a business and that it is their role as a service provider to help people through all parts of the process of getting their license. You will pay a decent amount of money to get your license transfered and I suggest you use your money wisely and choose a different school. I found a much better school that I was very pleased about A/S koreskole.

Unbelievably uncaring. The week that my theory exam was supposed to take place, nobody shows up to the scheduled class. Nobody answers the phone numbers provided. It is not my money’s worth at all.

Working hours that they claimed is a lie. Just was here and it was closed, nobody answer the phone. This is what I call a really bad service 👎

The trainer (Teu) is very patient, fun, and kind!
