I can not agree with the bad reviews. Maybe short after the installation of the chargers there was no information available, but now you can find several signs, clearly describing where to find the chargers. I would be happy if we would have parking areas like that in Germany with enough chargers available to refill the battery during the visit of the city etc. Furthermore the Clever AC chargers are very functional, since you can hang up the cable. Connecting the car and starting the charging worked quick and easy with my DKV card. The only bad thing is, that the car park itself is an older one, which means some places are very narrow, especially the ramps to the next floor. But it worked with our Ioniq 5.

The chargers are located on the roof of the parking garage, but there is literally zero indication, either on the street or anywhere at the garage entrance or inside the garage regarding the actual location of the chargers. We drove around in circles for a long time before we decided to see what might be on the floor. Two of the five Clever stations - that is four of ten - were cordoned off with red and white tape indicating they were not available. What a confusing mess.

Nicht zu empfehlen! Kein einziger auch noch so kleiner Hinweis weist auf die Ladestationen auf dem Dach eines Parkhauses hin. Neben den Ladetarifen zahlt man dann auch noch für das Parkhaus.
