Nemt at finde. Der var lidt problemer med at finde ud af betalingen, men medarbejderen var meget sød, undskyldte og ringede hurtigt til en som kunne hjælpe. Fin fin service. Har lejet omkring 100 biler de sidste 6 år af Eurocar, og det fortsætter jeg med.
Excellent oplevelse med smilende, serviceminded og effektivt personale med interesse og empati.
Det er 4. gang jeg lejede bil hos Europcar. Altid hjelpsomme og gode biler.

Extremely unprofessional service. In airport office and over the telephone. Charged €120 without explanation a day after returning the car on 05.08.25. Customer service couldn’t or wouldn’t explain the charge and has not provide an invoice for over a month. It’s now 15.09.25 and still no resolution. Totally unacceptable. Case #24297514 16.08.25 - they refund me the money - after 1 star review a day ago?! No message, no email, no invoice - money just turned up into my credit card - can't complain now but totally unprofessional. That's why I will leave 3 stars.
He alquilado coche con Europcar en Aarhus más de una vez, y nunca he tenido ningún problema. Al contrario, el personal siempre ha sido muy eficiente e amable, y los coches nuevos y en orden. Volveré a utilizar Europcar sin dudarlo.
Absolute disaster with Europcar at Aarhus Tirstrup Airport – the worst car rental experience of my life. As a first-time visitor to Denmark and this hotel/airport, I rented a car on February 28, 2026, and returned it out-of-hours via key drop on March 2 around 20:00 (office closed, as allowed). No joint inspection possible – their own policy. A day later, they hit me with a massive damage claim: multiple scratches on doors, fenders, wheel, back screen under fuel gap, and a cracked windshield. They demanded over £1000 in excess + fees. The "evidence" was a joke: Photos inconsistent: weather bright sunshine (impossible at 20:00 return), fuel cap missing sticker that was there during my rental. Only 3 timestamped pics in later emails vs. 10+ earlier ones that looked like screenshots without metadata. One photo clearly edited/manipulated: unnatural light under the car with a visible shadow of a person – looks faked. Tires dirty in both pre- and post-"wash for clarity" photos – raises huge questions if minor scratches happened during their handling/washing/moving the car. Signed contract attachment corrupt/missing in emails. I disputed repeatedly, demanded original raw timestamped photos/metadata, explanation of editing/washing, and logs showing no post-return damage risk. Local branch stonewalled and insisted "new damage" with zero proof beyond delayed inspection the next morning. It felt predatory: scare international renters with inflated claims post-return, hope they pay without fighting. Only after threatening escalation to central relations (ecicustomerservice@europcar.com), Forbrugerrådet Tænk, ECRCS mediation, and solicitors did central damage department suddenly "close the case without charging" due to "benefit of the doubt" on March 10, 2026. No apology, no explanation for the dodgy photos/process – just "thanks for understanding." This isn't isolated – it seems like a pattern of targeting non-Danish/international customers with aggressive, unfair claims, especially when language/cultural barriers make it harder to push back immediately. As someone from outside Denmark on my first trip, the treatment felt biased and discriminatory – locals probably don't face the same level of scrutiny or pressure. Europcar Aarhus Airport: dishonest, unprofessional, manipulative tactics. They only backed down after I fought hard and threatened legal/consumer action. Zero trust, zero recommendation. Rent from ANYONE else – Hertz, Avis, Sixt, whatever. This company is a scam machine disguised as a rental service. Avoid. 0/10. Report them if you get hit with similar nonsense.
